I'm glad you're interested in my house! But first I'd like to explain a little:The house has a large living room and kitchen with a garden at the back and it has lots of natural light. I like the tenants to feel at home, but also to be tidy. We all have a cleaning schedule. So we're looking for someone who will get involved and stick to the cleaning schedule.The room is on the first floor of the house. You share a bathroom with two tenants.On the second floor there are two more rooms, but we have our own bathroom.And although there are five rooms, we have no problem living together. Everything is organized, we don't bother each other and we respect each other. So we can all enjoy this wonderful house together and each on our own.The rent would be for a year and if everything goes well it can be longer. The contract has a minimum of three months.The room rent is 1100€ plus utilities which are 100€ per month (which may vary depending on consumption). The deposit for one month: 1100€. And the first payment requires an extra 200€ ( For annual payments for services and garbage) . So the first payment would be: 2.500€. If you are still interested, let me know.
