The room is fully equipped with with a small, but complete kitchen, pans and pottery, towels etc. and is suitable for one person. The room has a balcony. Just bring your clothes and laptop and everything else you need is there. The room is in a just renovated apartment with shared separate toilet/shower/wash basin with (max.) two other tenants. In the apartment is also a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Not allowed: Smoking, lodgers, noisy parties and animals. The room is in 5 minutes walk form the subway-station which brings you in about 15 minutes to the Central Station. Parking is off-street and free.The prices is 650 euro’s per month excl. extra costs. Registration on the address is possible.In the direct neighbourhood: Amsterdam Medical Centre (AMC), Vrije Universiteit (VUmc), University of Amsterdam (UvA) High School of Amsterdam (HvA), InHolland and the Amsterdam and Amstelveen Business Area.
