There is no living room. Both the kitchen and one of the bedrooms have access to a balcony.The shared areas are kept clean and tidy. Please note that the photos were taken previously, so some furniture and details in the apartment have changed since then.I am currently a second-year Chinese male university student, and I am looking for a housemate for the other bedroom.Rent & additional costsThe rent is below the current market rate for the area, and the exact amount can be discussed.Registration at the address is possible. However, the room is not eligible for housing allowance (huurtoeslag).Utilities and other shared housing costs, including service/property-related costs, are divided between the two occupants. These costs are approximately €400 per month in total for both people, so roughly €200 per person, depending on actual usage and costs.The landlord also requires professional cleaning once every two months.
