My brother and I are looking for a roommate as per beginning of July. Preferably a clean and social person (expats and other working room seekers).Your room is a furnished room in our apartment. The house is located in city of Amsterdam IJburg. It’s about 15-25 minutes by bike or public transport to the city center of Amsterdam. We are looking for a quite, neat, clean and trustworthy person who also respects the personal privacy of others. Our house is fully furnished. You only need to bring your own clothes and enjoy life here The Rental contract is for at least 6 months. Registration is possible if needed (no extra fee).You MUST BE 25+ with proof of income and working contract. More details:- The first floor is a living room with TV and sofa for your comfort, separate modern kitchen with all equipment. In addition to the above, there is a small toilet located on this floor.- Second floor has 4 furnished bedrooms. The biggest one of 14,5m2 has a 160x200 bed and wardrobe which will be yours during your time of stay.The bathroom on this floor has a toilet, bathtub with shower, a separate shower and two separate sinks. There’s also a small room where the washing machine is located.- 3rd floor has one more room (not for rent) and a roof terrace. Last but not least, The rent is € 800,- a month, GWE and internet included with a deposit of one months.The deposit paid in advance for the room in question will be given back to you when you want to evacuate the house. Please bare in mind that there must be a min. 2 months notice before evacuation and the room must be left clean and without any damages.All the above will be drafted in a contract which will be signed by you and us.
