We're looking for a new flatmate for our modern flat in Ijburg. The room comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe and the apartment has a very spacious living room (including a TV with a Netflix account). It also has a modern kitchen (with everything included that you need) and a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom consists of a shower and the toilet is separate. There is also a storage room in the basement where you can store your belongings or bicycle if you need.Deen (supermarket) is right next to the building (less than 1 minute of walking) and Albert Hejin, Etos and other shops are easily reached too. The bus stop is right across the building and the tram stop 2 walking minutes away. The tram also departs every 5 minutes and you only need 20 minutes to get to Central Station or 30 minutes to UvA. The beach is a 3 minute walk from the flat.Registration is possible and the lease is at least 6 months. You would be living together with two girls and one men (aged 23 - 30). We are all studying or working so we're looking for someone who's respectful of evening hours on working days. Everyone has their own life, but we're also open to spending time together.
