Looking for a Female Co-Tenant (Starting November)We’re looking for a new female working professional to take over my spot in a shared apartment with a 21-year-old female roommate.Requirements (non-negotiable):•Female, working professional **** (no negotiable sorry) •Minimum gross monthly income: €3,500 or higher (before taxes)The landlord screens the combined household income, which must be at least €6,750 gross/month for both tenants together.•1 month deposit (€1,124) + rent•Willing to share utilities (~€220/month) & taxes (~€320/year for 2 people)About the apartment:•Your own bedroom + separate office ( the total space is 130mts so you will be leaving really comfortable).•Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, laundry/storage•Pets allowed (agency policy)•Registration possible⚠️ Important: Viewings will be arranged, and the staying tenant will choose her new co-tenant.
