The preference therefore goes to a woman, and to someone who agrees with and understands that it is not permitted to receive or host strangers in the house other than the tenant.The studio is spacious and has a large window that can be opened. It has its own private bathroom, a small private kitchenette, and an additional small hallway. The only shared facilities are the toilet and the main entrance.
