It is an unfurnished room of 16 m2 in a spacious and bright apartment (109 m2) in an apartment complex, for 899 euros (all-in) per month.What does the house look like? The apartment is on the 9th floor and consists of three bedrooms, a shared living room, a bathroom with bathtub, two sinks and (the pearl of the house) a rain shower, a separate toilet, a laundry room, a storage room and a kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and oven / microwave combination.Where will you live? With a 5-minute bike ride you stand between the trees of the Amsterdam Bos and turn right halfway, then you will be on a platform of Station Zuid within the same timeframe. A bus stop in the street takes you all the way to Amsterdam Central. The Gelderlandplein Shopping Mall is a three-minute walk away, with an Albert Heijn XL, butcher, baker, Hema and what else you need to get through the week.Who are your future housemates? You will live with two other housemates. David is Portuguese, 28 years old and Janine, 29 years old and German. Because we have a large living room and communal kitchen, we find it pleasant to catch up and chat regularly. But we mostly live our own lives.Who are we looking for? A working person, male or female, aged between 25-35. Dutch and internationals welcome. You need to provide proof of earnings over 3x the monthly rent (for the agency).
