Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment located on Postjesweg, Amsterdam.Move-in date: 1 FebruaryRent: €950 per month Deposit: 2months rentRental period: Long-term preferredCleaning: A cleaning lady comes once a month and is included in the rent.Location & transport:The apartment is very well connected. The metro station and bus stop are directly in front of the building, and the tram station is within walking distance.The room:The room is approximately 11–12 m² and comes furnished. All furniture stays in the room, except for the clothes rack/drying rack, which I will take with me.Housemates:You will share the apartment with two guys in their 20s, one from Luxembourg and one from Portugal. They are friendly, respectful, and easygoing.Pets:There is a cat in the apartment (Leo), so the new tenant must be animal-friendly and comfortable living with a cat.Pictures are included, and viewings are possible next week.If you are interested or would like more information, please send me a message
