However, you will not be signing a contract with the landlord. This means you will have no rights or obligations with them. Instead, you will be signing a separate sublet contract with me. The base rent excluding is €1500, but with my current roommate moving out, I will need to find new providers for energy and the internet, but total rent plus bills should be about €900 per month (not including annual waste and water charge. My current roommate owns all the furniture pictured in the bedroom. The new tenant can buy some of it (the bedframe, wardrobe and table) for €200. Also, maybe the mattress, but that is TBD
