I am subletting my room for the entire summer period, from 1 June to 31 August (Amsterdam West).The room is 15 sqm and features a private balcony, offering plenty of natural light and a comfortable personal space. The house has a canal view and is ideally located between two of Amsterdam’s most well-known parks, Rembrandtpark and Vondelpark, with direct access to the city center. The supermarket is only 2 minutes away, and multiple public transport options are within a 1–2 minute walk.The apartment is fully equipped, and everything in the house was personally purchased by me. You are welcome to use all shared amenities.You will be sharing the apartment with a 25-year-old Italian male who is easygoing, very clean, and well-organized. The atmosphere at home is calm and respectful, so I am looking for someone who is similarly tidy and considerate.The rent is €1,200 per month, including utilities. The full 3-month period is paid in advance, along with a €200 deposit.
