Hello, I'm looking for a new tenant for our apartment in Davisstraat, Amsterdam West. The house (50 m) is shared for two ppl in total. The room is around 16 m and gets sun. The house is fully furnished and the room already has a bed, a closet, a desk, etc.The rental price is around 1100 euros, including. I am looking for someone who is between 25 and 35 and working. The starting date is preferably as soon as possible till end of February.
