Hi, I am renting out my room from the 20th of December until the 23rd of January. About the place:- The apartment is about 100m2 and has a balcony- The bedroom is about 12m2. All the personal stuff in the bedroom pictures will be removed of course.- You will share a kitchen (fully equipped), living room, bathroom (incl washing machine) and toilet with my super lovely roommate (F28). She works a 9-5 and speaks Dutch, English and bit of Spanish.- The rent would be for that entire period 20th of dec until 23rd of jan and including gas/electricity and water.
