Kamer Fagelstraat Amsterdam

Hello there :) I am subletting my room in our new apartment in one of the best neighbourhoods of Amsterdam; this due to very veery last minute travel plans hehe, hence the low price. You will be right across the bridge from Jordaan and all that it has to offer, but also not too far away from the beautiful Westerpark. Public transportation is also great: there's a tram stop right in front of our street, and there are 2 bus stops 4 minutes away. The apartment has been completely renovated recently and it' s energy label A so it's always warm, there’s floor-heating, a dishwasher, etc., and also, of course, there's everything you need: a washing machine, ironing machine, hair dryer, a nice coffee machine, etc. :) There is also a very nice electric adjustable standing desk with 2 screens, which is super handy for working from home, which ofc you are free to use. Ideally I'm looking for a female student, so if that's you but you find the deposit a little pricy, I am happy to discuss that and lower it a bit.
