Hi all, I'm renting out a room in my big sunny flat at NDSM for 2 months from now. I’m mostly spending time abroad, just in ams 1-2d/week so you’ll have the 70sqm apartment to yourself most of the time.Some info about the place:- Located at NDSM, 10min from centraal- Rent is €950- the room is available temporarily only. - 1 month deposit- the room is 11sqm and furnished with sleeper couch (incl bedding) and desk- We have a nice big sunny living room with open kitchen and a balcony with evening sun. Also dishwasher, washing machine and oven are available.- I'm looking for a person in their 30's.If you feel like sharing a nice cosy home for a little while with me shoot me a message with a little bit of info about yourself.Looking forward!Monika
