You’ll be sharing the space with just me – a 33-year-old bar manager at a 5-star hotel – and my super friendly Golden Retriever, who loves good vibes and belly rubs.About the Apartment: • Location: Lange Leidsedwarstraat (Central, vibrant area) • Size: 55m², fully furnished, cozy and well-maintained • Room: Spacious, with enough room for a comfortable setup • Common Areas: Living room, kitchen, and a bathroom (all shared) • Rent: €1,250/month + Bills (around €75 each)Ps: There is a third room(9m2) which we can decide together how to use it.Ps: Registration possible. Contract will be minimum 1 year. Ps: I also just moved in a month ago without furniture. So I am buying shared area furniture and equipment.
