I'm renting a fully furnished room about 12 m2, in my own 94 m² apartment in the city centre - just a few minutes from the tram stops for lines 2 and 17 and from Leidseplein. The room is available until the end of January 27. The place is available either from start of September or from October. A little about me and the place: I'm a finance professional, and my apartment is my space to wind down after a stressful day - so I'm looking for someone easy-going and respectful who values the same calm atmosphere. That said, the area itself is very vibrant and lively, so there's plenty going on right on the doorstep - not one for the noise-sensitive.This is a short term lease and a good fit for someone on a short internship or Erasmus semester. If you are looking for a long term rent or just a one month stay-this is not a place for you. Please note: due to the high number of enquiries, I'll only be able to respond to serious ones.
