The studio is completely new (approximately 25m²) and features one shower on the same floor and a toilet on the lower floor. The kitchen will be shared with us.We are a family with two small children (aged 3 and 5) and a dog, so please expect noise.The location is directly on Westerpark and close to all amenities.The price includes utilities (gas, electricity, internet, TV) assuming normal consumption.
