A peaceful homeThe apartment is spacious and bright, filled with natural light, and designed as a calm place to come home to after a busy day in the city.For us, this home is a sanctuary — a place to slow down, rest, and recharge.The apartment is shared with a small family: a hardworking mother and a kind, calm 14-year-old child, creating a warm and respectful family environment.We are therefore looking for a quiet, responsible person who works or studies and values a peaceful way of living. ️ The room & what’s includedThe room is fully furnished with basic furniture (a single bed, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe) and is rented all-inclusive, including internet, electricity, gas, water, and local taxes. Registration is possible. Rent: €1,030 per month (all bills included). Security deposit: one month’s rent.
