A private room is available in a newly renovated apartment in the city centre (5 minute walk from the Central Station). It takes around 15 seconds to get to the shopping street of Nieuwendijk, yet it is not noisy. The living room, kitchen and toilet are shared. Meanwhile, you will have a private bedroom with a private shower and a sink area. There is also your own TV in the bedroom. There is a washing and a drying machine available. Utilities are excluded except for the internet, which is included. The flat is also centrally heated, which makes the apartment warm and cosy during the colder months.It is important that you are a calm, clean and organised person who won't cause any noise disturbances.
