Hi there, From february 14th to march 31st I will be traveling and therefore my room is available for sublet. Its a beautiful monumental ground floor apartment with high ceilings where you'll have the canal facing room of 30 square meters. It's fully furnished and it's right next to central station (2 min walk). You'll share the apartment with the lovely Italian Giulia (she's 25, and working fulltime as a consultant, apart from that she loves cooking and watching movies).  You'll also have access to the shared kitchen, bathroom, toilet and patio. There's a washing machine, big fridge & freezer, oven and gas stove. There's storage in the basement too if needed. See the pictures for an impression (my personal items will be stored but all the furniture and plants stays).No smoking, no drugs, no pets. The rent is 1500,- per month excluding gas & electricity and including water/taxes/internet. A monthly advance of 150 euro for utilities will be added to that which should cover normal use of gas & electricity. I ask for a deposit of 500,-. The period is from February 14th until 31st of march 2026. (So that would be a total of 2250 euro for the entire period. This excludes utilities which will approximately be 200 euros depending on whether you work at the office, if from home it could be a bit higher). Love, Susanna
