So its a private apartment with space for 2 tenants.Location is Raamgracht (1011KJ) which is right next to Nieuwmarkt/Waterlooplein—very central but on a quiet small canal with very little tourists.- Move-in date: early July- Rent: €1408 per person excl.- The apartment: 2 floors with a small patio and 2 bedrooms with both having private bathrooms= Your bedroom: Has its own private bathroom with a sink and shower!
