Only Females (unfortunately no students, guys, couples or people with pets, sorry)- One room (>11 m2) is becoming available in an apartment as of 22nd July (open to negotiation). The room will be unfurnished and is located in Amsterdam Zuid, 500 m from the train station. The room is 819 EUR excluding w/g/e and wifi (approx~90 euro p.m). It is a bright and cozy house :)The rest of the house is fully furnished by me and the previous tenant with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen aisle, big shower with ventilation, a dishwasher, etc. As the shared furniture has been bought by my current room-mate and I, she expects ~120 euro for the furniture (one time cost). She is also looking to sell her bed and wardrobe which can be negotiated directly with her.The agency needs a minimum salary requirement (3000 gross pp) hence you have to be working. You will be sharing the house with me, a 27 year old working professional. I enjoy reading and baking.
