Please read the entire message before respondingTHIS IS A THREE MONTH SUMMER RENTAL OPPORTUNITY NOT A PERMANENT LET House description: charming terraced house with garden close to all amenities including public transport. Parking in the street is possible, free parking is 5 minutes walking. 10 mins bike ride to the ferry to central station, 5 mins bike ride to the metro. 5 mins walking to bus stop. This is a quiet neighbourhood so no parties allowed, no smoking indoors. One bedroom so only suited for one person or a couple. I will prefer experienced renters who know how to look after other people’s property and enjoy the company of my easy going cat. If the dates (May 8 - August 8) do not match please don’t respond because there are so many responses and I can only be flexible by one day on each end as this is my house where I live and work. I get so many messages from people with completely different requests; this is not possible.If you do not want to commit to looking after the cat for the entire period (two day trips are possible because of the feeding system and cat window) please look for other properties.No registration possible; this is a one time summer holiday rental and registration is off limits as me and my family live here permanently. I will provide much more information about the house during a personal visitation, as this is my home I will only select someone or a couple if the feeling is right.
